The following positions and tasks will be required and assigned for the General Team to accomplish alongside the support of the Executive Team and Sponsor Teachers.
President
Works directly with sponsors and admin regarding a variety of committee concerns while supporting marketing and operations directors
Chairs and organizes meetings
Vice President
Supports the president in working with different members and committee concerns
Chairs and organizes meetings
Marketing Director
Oversees the marketing team as well as planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts
Leads delivery of the marketing team’s plan to the rest of the council during meetings
In charge of posting and updating the Instagram account
Operations Director
Oversees the operation team, supervising the collaboration with other school clubs, teacher sponsors, and presidential team to ensure events run smoothly
Leads delivery of the operation team’s plan to rest of the council during meetings
Working with the operations team, coaches, and athletic director to ensure each home game has referees and scorekeepers
Social Media
Manager
Oversees the media team and supervises social media marketing strategies
Works with Marketing Director
Responsible for athletic team photography
In charge of posting and updating the Instagram account

Collaborates with other team members and marketing director to generate excitement and support amongst the student body
Advertisement and marketing of events and fundraisers

Collaborates with other team members and operations director to ensure all equipment is acquired
Works on event logistics
Ensuring all home games are covered with scorekeepers and referees
Treasurer
Works directly with teacher sponsors and presidential team to oversee the management of the council’s financial affairs
Submits deposits from fundraisers
Secretary
Taking meeting minutes and distributing them among members and teacher sponsors
